The Lower Kalgan Community Association Hall is located 18km east of the City of Albany and is owned and maintained by the community of the Lower Kalgan.
Licensed for 200, the Hall has a large stage incorporating a baby grand piano, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a servery into the main hall. Tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery are available. Male, female and disabled access toilets are located within the hall. There is a large parking area adjacent.
These facilities are available for hire by application to the Lower Kalgan Community Association’s elected management committee and/or their representative.
Inspection of the Hall and facilities can be arranged through the Hall Manager 0419 955 324 or lowerkalganhall@gmail.com. A non refundable booking fee of $100 is payable upon acceptance of a booking within 7 days and a bond of $500 and the hire charge of $400 is payable within 7 days of the event. All details are available by viewing the printable brochure on our website.‘Bridge Park’ is part of the Reserve on the west bank of the Kalgan River and is vested in and maintained by the community. It has a cricket pitch and houses the historic Bridge Trusses, a part of the original bridge which spanned the Kalgan River at its mouth to Oyster Harbour.
