Beginners to advanced students will be offered General Hatha Yoga classes with a centering start of a breathing meditation or Pranayama, gentle stretches lead to held poses and sequences, completing the session with relaxation.
To encourage progress and safety Asanas or poses are introduced on a beginners levels and can be modified with suggested alternatives if necessary due to body limitations or an advanced level. The studio offers mats, blocks, bolsters, cushions and blankets to assist the students.

Anyes is a native French International Instructor and has many years of experience in teaching Yoga.
In 1982, Anyes trained in Hatha Yoga in New York with Siddhi Mittra and began instructing classes from Beginners to Advanced level, which she continued to do in Colorado, Hawaii, Mexico and now Australia.
She has also trained as a Yoga Instructor in the techniques of Satchidananda Integral Yoga as well as Sivananda Yoga style. Both of these Yogic methods are gentle, effective stretches leading to held postures as the student progresses. Anyes delivers these poses in a very comprehensive manner that support clients abilities offering modifications if needed.
Pilates is a method of exercise that offers a total body conditioning program that enhances quality of life and improves strength, flexibility, stamina and body awareness. It aims to correct posture, muscle imbalances and achieve pelvic stability to reduce the potential risk of back pain and injury.
We offer basic to advanced levels floor-classes comprising the use of fitball, light weights, rings and stretch bands and Ballet Barre.We encourage new comers that might have had previous experience to start up with our beginners class to ensure full comprehension of the methods we teach . Our programs change in style from year to year and evolve in level throughout the year to encourage progress and create stimulation for our clients.

Anyes is a native French International Instructor and Artist and has many years of experience in teaching Pilates. In addition to being an instructor in Yoga, Anyes was trained by Allan Menezes from the Australasian Pilates Institute in Melbourne, where she became fully qualified to instruct Pilates from Beginners Level to Advanced.
